Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer –– Hereford – upto £40k package
This is an outstanding opportunity to join an established Estate Agents in Hereford. They deal in Sales and lettings have a solid reputation built up over several years, vacancies of this nature with them are very few and far between. They are passionate about offering the best Sales and Lettings experience in Hereford and as such are looking for someone of the highest calibre to help them continue delivering this.
Person Requirements
The Candidate needs to have a proven and successful residential sales background. It is essential that they have an extensive knowledge of the property market in Hereford. As a sales specialist you will need to have the drive and determination to generate and attend as many viewings/valuations as possible whilst having the hunger to successfully convert them to sales/instruction. You will be comfortable in selling second-hand properties as well as new build and off plan. You will need to be polished and well-presented and able to deliver on the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional Customer experiences.
Role Outline
This is a busy branch and as a Senior Negotiator / Valuer a large part of the roll will be generating, booking and attending valuations, offering professional, consultative advice to win over instruction. Gaining Listings can be as much about relationships as it can about fee and as such you will need to be a real people person with the ability to build rapport and trust. The successful candidate will also be a strong seller/negotiator who plays a lead role in the selling of the properties, both second hand, new build and off plan. The role involves dealing with overseas landlords/investors so an ability and confidence to communicate at all levels is important.

– Alternate Saturdays 8.45 – 4
Experience, qualifications and desirables
– Existing Residential Sales Experience Essential
– Excellent working knowledge of the Herefordshire property market ESSENTIAL
– Valuation / Listing Experience Essential
– Driven and Motivated
– A Natural Deal Closer
– Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills
– Polished and Well Presented
– Full UK driving licence
