Estate Agent Branch Manager – Witney – £50k OTE + Car Allowance
This is a very exciting opportunity to join a highly successful multi-branch Independent Estate Agency brand working from their office in Witney. The company has an excellent reputation in the area and pride themselves on their outstanding levels of Customer service. Person Requirements
Our clients are looking for a polished, well presented and articulate individual to manage the team in this exciting office. The Candidate needs to be dynamic and energetic and have the ability to come in and make an impact. The role involves managing all the operational aspects of a busy sales/lettings departments, as well as driving the team’s performance through regular reviewing, coaching and developing – so needs a candidate who has a proven track record within Estate Agency Management and team leadership.
Role Outline
The Business Manager drives the business activity in their assigned branch(es) maximising the overall income and profits of the business unit ensuring all sales targets are being met. Achieved through   providing direction effective communication, control and motivation of their staff so that their potential is achieved to the mutual benefit of customer and Group outcomes. Accountable for achieving branch KPI’s including compliance, and business plan as set by the company. Responsible for monitoring and managing staff personal performance and to ensure they are reaching and exceeding their individual targets. The Manager must ensure all Company systems and standards are maintained and effectively used.   
Role Responsibilities
– Complete day to day running of a sales operations
– Managing sales team including conveyancing and mortgage services
– Driving business growth forward
– Selling the services of the business at all times
– Leading by example and driving the team forward
– Conducting 1-2-1’s
– Weekly/Monthly reporting as required
– Motivating, coaching/developing staff
– Mon-Fri 9.45am-6pm
Experience, qualifications and desirables
– Current Estate Agency Experience
– Management Experience 2-3 years
– Driven and Motivated
– Proven Success in an Estate Agency role
– Strong People Management
– Proven Leader
– Ability to Win New Business
– Staff Motivator
– A Natural Deal Closer
– Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills
– Polished and Well Presented
– Full UK driving licence
