This is a very exciting opportunity to join a busy and vibrant Estate/Lettings Agency in Selly Oak. This established agent is on the up and are enjoying exceptional and continued growth, having a dominating impact on the local market. Our Clients are looking for an energetic and polished individual that wants to make a big impact in Estate Agency. You must be well presented and articulate and able to deliver the highest levels of Customer satisfaction. This is a very busy office, so is not for the faint hearted, you must be dynamic and motivated and have the ability to come in and add value. This Client is extremely supportive in helping to develop the people to suit the business. You MUST have a background within Estate Agency or Lettings to be considered for this role.
This role will allow you see you as the office based main point of contact for incoming Customer contact. Daily tasks involve responding to emails, taking phone calls, attending Customers in the office, discussing and presenting property information, hosting and generally providing all round exceptional levels of Customer service. The role could offer great progression into a full Negotiator role in the future for the right Candidate.

– Shadowing and learning from the wider team
– Mon-Fri 9.00-5.30
– Alternate Saturdays 9.00-4.00
Experience, qualifications and desirables
– Within 30 minute commute of Selly Oak
– Previous experience in Estate Agency/Lettings essential
– Driven and Motivated
– Exceptional written/type/spelling ability
– Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills
– Polished and Well Presented
