Lettings Coordinator – Harborne – Upto £18k depending on experience
This is a very exciting opportunity to join a busy and vibrant Estate/Lettings Agency business based in Harborne, Birmingham. They are a highly professional and well established Agent with a great reputation within the area. They pride themselves on having a fantastic working atmosphere with a solid and friendly team.
Person Requirements
Our Clients are looking for an organised and efficient Coordinator / Administrator who has experience within a busy lettings environment. You will need to be reliable, trustworthy and punctual and have a keen eye for detail and organisation. You will be liaising with both Landlords, Tenants and Contractors on a daily basis so must be confident and articulate.
Role Outline
The role will be to support all back of house functions of a busy lettings agency, including, but not limited to – Administration, processing applications, producing marketing materials, producing documentation and reports, liaising with Landlords, Tenants and Contractor’s whilst interfacing seamlessly with the Property Management and Negotiation teams.
– Mon-Fri 8.45 – 5.30
– Every third Saturday 9.30 – 4.30
