Estate Agent Auction Sales Specialist – Coventry –£25k OTE
 
This is a very exciting opportunity to join a leading Warwickshire Estate Agency brand. The business is very well established across the area and pride themselves on their traditional values whilst providing a dynamic and modern approach to Property Sales.
 
Person Requirements
Our clients are looking for a polished, well presented and articulate sales professional to join the team in this exciting and growing department. You must have experience in property sales and be enthusiastic about learning and developing your skills and knowledge. The company will provide full and thorough training to the right candidate.
 
Role Outline
This is a unique area of the business that deals specifically in the selling of property through both online and live auctions. This is an ever growing area of the business and requires someone who can assist with the complete day to day running of the Auction Department. Working hours are Mon – Friday 8.45-5.30, Alternate Saturdays 9.00-12.30.
 
Experience, qualifications and desirables
– Experience in a property sales role/estate agency environment
– Driven and motivated
– Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills
– Polished and Well Presented
