Location: Gloucester – Gloucestershire
** PART TIME – Chose your own hours – Up to 25 hours per week **
Customer Care Coordinator – Gloucester £23k Pro Rata
Our client is a long established business that focuses on providing beautiful homes in a peaceful, sociable and modern environment in order to create a relaxing and stress free homes.
Due to the growth in their business homes, they are expanding the team to recruit a highly organised and motivated individual to look after all aspects of customer care across both residential sales and lettings.
To be considered for this role you will need to have good administration experience within ideally a sales and lettings background.
Key tasks of the role:
·Ensure that CRM is kept up to date
·Follow up on all after sales relating to new homes
·Booking appointments with customers and manufacturers/contractors
·Arranging Gas Safety and Electrical Inspections
·Answering telephone enquiries
·Arranging Viewings and appointments
·To answer any adhoc queries of existing residents on the Park under the advice of the Sales & Lettings Manager.
Key Skill/Attributes required
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·Estate/Lettings Agency Background
·Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
·Meticulous attention to detail
·Self motivated and confident
·Clean driving licence
·A Team Player
·Experience of using/operating a CRM system
