Lettings Coordinator/Administrator – Gloucester – Upto £20k **Office Based**

A great opportunity to join a leading and professional independent Lettings and Estate Agency in Gloucester, working out of their vibrant city centre office in a premium location with industry leading software and training. My client pride themselves on delivering a first class service to all customers and have built an enviable reputation in the Gloucester area.

My client is now looking for a professional and experienced Lettings Coordinator/Administrator to join their busy team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Office administration dealing with face to face, telephone & e-mail enquiries.
• Management of the office diary system.
• Register potential tenants and arrange viewings for the Lettings Negotiators.
• Handle enquiries from Landlords.
• Complete referencing process and prepare tenancy agreements whilst maintaining communication with all parties throughout and providing a seamless service from application to move in.
• Arrange inventories, gas safety certificates, EPC’s
