Estate Agent Branch Administrator / Team Coordinator – Leamington Spa – up to £18k

Our client is a leading and award winning multi branch independent Estate Agency and Lettings brand with offices in the Warwickshire area. An opportunity has arisen for an Estate Agency Team Coordinator / Administrator to join their team based in Leamington Spa in delivering expertise in administration and delivering a high standard of support to your prospective colleagues. You will join a successful and established team where you will be providing excellent customer experience.

The role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress within Estate Agency as the role offers the chance for ongoing and training to become a Sales Negotiator.

Purpose of Role

·Providing administrative and ‘front of house’ support for the Sales team
·Assist with booking market appraisals and viewings
·Organise marketing of properties and compiling property brochures
·To audit and ensure all sales systems and procedures are complied with
·Assist with uploading properties to online portals
·Create market appraisal reports
·Support the team with sales progression, creating sales letters and invoices
·Qualify and register applicants and potential vendors
·To answer telephone calls and greet visitors as necessary
·Prepare conveyancing paperwork on behalf the Sales Negotiators
·Support all members of the Sales Branch at times of short staffing

Key Skills

·An analytical person who can communicate well with Vendors and Purchasers.
·Ability to work closely with a team to ensure that you provide excellent customer service.
·Strong Organisational Skills and excellent at multi – tasking
·Quick learner who thrives on attention to detail
·Excellent Computer and Administration skills
·Experience within Estate Agency preferred
·Polished and Well Presented
·Full licence and car as you may be required to carry out viewings when required

Working Hours

Monday – Friday 8.45 – 6pm
Saturdays only when required for which time will be given off in lieu
